The game

Fortune Heir Casino: Slots & Blackjack ("the game") is a social casino game published by Verge Heights. These Terms apply whenever you play, on fortuneheir.aplusz.app or in an app version of the game. By entering the game you accept them.

The game is for adults aged 18 and over. By entering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that playing a social casino game is lawful where you live.

Virtual money only

All money in the game is virtual chips, shown in real-currency terms for atmosphere and always marked VIRTUAL. Virtual chips hold no cash value and stay inside the game: they are never paid out, exchanged, transferred to another player or redeemed for money, goods or prizes.

The game offers no real-money gambling and no chance to win money or prizes. Success in the game does not imply success at real-money gambling.

How results are decided

Every spin, hand and roulette result is decided on the game server by secure random draws. The rules, pay tables and the slot's return to player are shown in the game.

Your game

Your game is saved on our server and linked to your browser. The restore code in Settings opens the same game, with its balance, letters and purchases, on any other device. Keep it private: anyone holding the code can open your game.

When the balance runs out, Grandpa's hourly gift keeps you playing, and a New Generation restarts the game with a fresh inheritance once every 24 hours. Trophies, keepsakes and letters stay with the family.

To keep the game fair for everyone, the number of new games that can be started from one internet connection each day is limited.

Fair play

One game per person, played by you. Automated play, scripts and attempts to alter the game, its results or its payments are outside these Terms; games used that way may be reset or closed, and purchases made with a payment later reversed are removed from the balance.

Purchases

Chip packs and Grandpa's Private Letters are optional. Every purchase follows the Conditions of Sale, and payment always takes place on the game's website checkout, also inside app versions of the game.

Play with care

The game is made for entertainment. Take breaks, set yourself a time to stop, and keep play money and living money apart, as Grandpa would say.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the game and may update its content, rules, prices and these Terms. The date at the top shows the version in force; playing after an update means you accept it. Purchases already delivered stay yours.

We work to keep the game available at all times; short pauses for maintenance can happen.

Liability

The game is provided for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for purchases in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and contact

These Terms are governed by French law. If you live in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country and may bring a claim before its courts.
