Privacy Policy
In short
The game works without an account, without your name and without cookies. We keep only what the game needs to save your play and your purchases. Verge Heights is responsible for this data; contact contact@aplusz.app.
What we keep, and why
A random player number and a secret key, in your browser storage and on our server, so your game follows you between visits (needed to provide the game).
Your game data: balance, game rounds, daily challenges, letters, Heir's Vault status, your restore code and the time zone of your first visit, which sets your daily reset (needed to provide the game).
Purchase records: order and payment numbers, item, amount, date and delivery status (needed to deliver purchases and for accounting).
A one-way code made from your internet connection's address and the date, used only to limit how many new games can start from one connection each day, and deleted the next day (to keep the game fair). The address itself is never stored.
Your settings (language, currency, sound, theme) stay in your browser storage only.
Payments
Payments are handled by PayPal on its own pages, under its own privacy policy. We receive the payment status, amount and numbers; we never receive your card details.
What we never do
We use no cookies, no advertising and no tracking tools, and we never sell or rent your data. Fonts, music and sounds come from our own site. "Hear Grandpa" uses the voice built into your device or browser.
Hosting and security
The game runs on secure cloud servers, which may be located outside your country under the safeguards required by European data protection law. All connections are encrypted (HTTPS).
How long we keep it
Your game data stays as long as you play, or until you ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept for ten years, as French accounting law requires. The new-game code is deleted the day after it is made.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your game data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@aplusz.app; include your restore code so we can find your game. You may also contact your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
Age
The game is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
