Conditions of Sale

Seller

Digital items in Fortune Heir Casino: Slots & Blackjack are sold by Verge Heights. Contact: contact@aplusz.app.

What you buy

Chip packs: a fixed amount of virtual chips added to your balance. The starter pack can be bought once per game.

Grandpa's Private Letters: a series of fifty letters from the story, opened in order, one per week; the next week starts when the previous letter is opened. Each letter comes with an envelope gift of virtual chips, shown before you buy.

Purchased items are virtual, for use inside the game only. They hold no cash value and are never paid out, exchanged or transferred.

Heir's Vault

Once a game's balance reaches $5,000,000, bought chips included, chip packs and Grandpa's Private Letters become free for that game, permanently. Letters keep their order and weekly rhythm. The vault stays with the game through every New Generation and through the restore code.

Balances rise and fall with every bet, and reaching the vault by play alone is rare. Buy chips only for the fun of the game, never to chase the vault.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and are final prices. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Payment is made on PayPal's secure checkout, with your PayPal account or, where PayPal offers it, a card. Your bank or PayPal may show the amount converted into your local currency. PayPal's receipt confirms your purchase.

Delivery

Your item is delivered to your game as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If you close the page during payment, the item is waiting in your game on your next visit.

Right of withdrawal

Your items are digital content supplied immediately. By completing the purchase, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once the item reaches your game (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). This is shown in the Shop and with the letters, before you pay.

Problems and refunds

If a paid item does not reach your game, write to contact@aplusz.app with the date and your PayPal transaction number: we deliver the item or refund the payment.

If a payment is refunded or reversed, the chips it brought are removed from the balance (never below zero).
